Head of Finance (Part-Time, 22.5 hrs/week)
Location: Oak Green Lodge, Oldbury, West Midlands (with regular travel across sites)
Salary: £51,225 FTE (pro rata)
Reporting to: CEO

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead all aspects of our financial management, providing strategic insight, ensuring compliance, and supporting decision-making at Senior Leadership Team and Board level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and medium- to long-term financial planning
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports for SLT, trustees, and budget holders
- Manage payroll, pensions, and the Finance Officer team
- Oversee financial controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance
- Advise on risks, opportunities, and funding/project appraisals
- Continuously improve financial systems and reporting
About You:
- Experienced in financial management, ideally in the charity or not-for-profit sector
- Skilled in management accounts, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes
- Effective communicator, able to work with senior leaders and trustees
